GABRIEL DARDIK 
Economist, specializing in Business Administration, 1983 graduate of
Haifa University, Israel. Co-founder and Board of Directors member of LINEABOX,
in USA, the first Unified Messaging and Voice Portal leader in Latin America,
with operations in USA, Brasil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile and
Venezuela. Lineabox¥s major investors are MOTOROLA
(NYSE: MOT) and NOVO NETWORKS (NASDAQ: NVNW). Mr. Dardik has been Director of F&A Consultoría
Estratégica. Previously, he filled the position of President
of AETI C.A. a leading company in Control & Automation Systems Technology
and Industrial Process Supervision. He was also a Finance and Administration
Manager of the transnational Tadiran, in Venezuela, from 1989 to 1996.
Before that, he was the Finance Manager of Medical Equipment LTD., in Israel
and, at present is a Director and Founding Partner of M&A
CONSULTORIA FINANCIERA.
